9:30am - 10.30 am Yoga for Back Health

6:30pm-7:30pm - Vinyasa Flow Level 1.

Tuesday

9:30am-10:30am Gentle Flow Yoga Class.

Wednesday

9:30am-10:30am - Vinyasa Flow Level 2.

11.00am-11.30 am- FREE stretch & meditate

Thursday

6:30pm-7:30pm - Yin/ Restorative Yoga Class.

Friday

9:30am-10:30am - Vinyasa Flow Level 1.

How To Book Your Place

All you need to do is send me a message via my contact form and I'll be in touch with payment details. Please let me know in advance which classes you would like to attend. You'll be sent a link to the online class before each session begins. I'll see you there! 

I absolutely love teaching yoga and I endeavour to make my classes accessible to everyone regardless of their flexibility (contrary to popular belief, you really don’t need to be flexible to do yoga- it’s a beautiful by-product of the practice), age (my youngest student is 13 and my oldest is 94!) or body size/shape. Yoga isn’t interested in such things! Yoga is about bringing the mind to a peaceful state and accepting ourselves as we are. I’m passionate that anyone who walks into my classes will leave feeling good about themselves and NOT that they are ‘no good at yoga’.

I have had many private lessons with Annie and cannot say how great it was.

Can’t say enough great things about Annie. Having had a spinal fusion 18 years ago I knew that going straight to group classes was not a good idea for me. I noticed that Annie specializes in Back Care and so I approached her for 1-2-1 lessons. My style is usually to want to try faster paced yoga but she taught me to start from the beginning, listen to my body and recognize its all practice, and there is no need to rush or compete but more importantly to get the postures right for me.
I have had many private lessons with Annie and cannot say how great it was. Not only is Annie knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough; she is friendly, warm, and a general joy to be around. Love Annie’s classes. She is so welcoming to all and the classes are very informal so not at all daunting if you’ve not done yoga before and are a bit worried or like me have had an injury which means you aren’t as flexible as you would like to be! Annie is very knowledgeable and is willing to help you adapt poses to make them more appropriate to your own needs. Can’t recommend enough.

The workshop was absolutely brilliant.

I attended Annie’s recent “Yin and Myofascial Release for Feet and Legs” workshop as I was having some severe problems with my knees. The workshop was absolutely brilliant and the improvement in my knees in just one session was amazing. I would highly recommend any of these workshops and I’m looking forward to doing the shoulder one in the future. I can also definitely recommend a Thai Yoga massage with Annie, it is the ultimate 2 hour massage and leaves you totally relaxed, feeling like every muscle and joint has been gently but thoroughly worked on and the beneficial effects carry on for weeks after the treatment. Thank you Annie for both of these treatments which have enabled me to walk pain free again
