09:15-10:15, Summercourt Villiage Hall, Newquay.
Gentle Slow Flow Yoga Class.
 

Friday

09:30-10-30, Pentire Hotel, Newquay.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class.
 
11:00-12:30, Pentire Hotel, Newquay.
Longer & Stronger Yoga Class.
 

Saturday

Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release, Monthly Workshop, Gwills Yoga Studio, Newquay.

What to expect at a group yoga class.

There is no need to pre book for my newquay yoga classes, just come along and join in! If it is your first yoga class with me, then please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a health form.
 
Try not to eat 2 hours before class but if for any reason you need to eat then please have something light- eg. banana, nuts, energy bar
 
It is best to wear comfortable clothing to practice in, so i recommend leggings/ tracksuit bottoms and a t shirt , a comfy hoodie and socks are also great to put on for the guided relaxation at the end of class.
 
We practice yoga barefoot and I ask that you take your shoes off once you come into the studio
 
A bottle of water to take sips off in class may be useful for you
 
If you are running late you are still welcome to join the class but please do so quietly so as not to disturb the other students and if we are practicing meditation or pranayama maybe slip in after that.
 
I provide all mats and equipment but if you have your own mat you are very welcome to bring that to practice on.
